1. Heredity:

Heredity is the process by which traits and characteristics are passed from parents to their offspring through gene transmission. It is the biological process by which certain traits are passed down from parent to offspring through their genes. Heredity plays a major role in determining an individual's physical and behavioural characteristics. 2. Evolution: Evolution is the process by which living things change over time in response to their environment. It is the process by which populations of organisms change over time as a result of natural selection and other mechanisms, resulting in the formation of new species. Evolution has produced the incredible diversity of life that exists on Earth today.

Heredity is the process by which certain traits, characteristics, and attributes are passed down from one generation to the next. Heredity is determined by genetic material (genes) that is passed from parents to their offspring. This genetic material influences the physical and behavioral characteristics of an individual, such as hair and eye color, height, and personality traits. Heredity also affects an individuals susceptibility to certain diseases, such as cancer, diabetes, and heart disease.

The evolutionary process of the human species is a long and complex one. Over millions of years, the human species has evolved in various ways. As early as 8 million years ago, the first human-like species, named Australopithecus, evolved. This species had a more upright posture and had the ability to walk on two legs. Over time, more advanced hominin species, such as Homo habilis and Homo erectus, evolved. These species had larger brains and developed stone tools for hunting and gathering.
